Cancelling Your Order

Please note that if you are a European Union customer, you have the right to cancel your contract within 14 days from when you receive your order. This does not apply to items that have been worn or used.

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us at OOSC of your decision to cancel by contacting our customer care team by emailing hello@oosc-clothing.com, detailing your name, address, order number and a contact telephone number. You must do this within 14 days of receipt of your order.

Returning Your Order

At OOSC, we want to ensure returns are as easy for you as possible. If you are unhappy with the goods you have received and would like a refund or exchange, please search your email inbox for “Viewport”. This is the email from our warehouse distribution team that you can click on to arrange your return. There should also be a link at the bottom of your order confirmation email.

If you get stuck, please don’t hesitate to email us at returns@oosc-clothing.com and we will help you locate your returns link. If you have not received a response from us within 3-5 working days, please get in contact.

Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving the goods and we will issue a refund within 5 working days of the goods being returned to us. This will be made to the same card you used to pay with.

If you request a return outside of the 14 day period, a credit note or exchange may be offered as an alternative at our discretion.  If you have any special requests please email us in advance and we will be happy to accommodate where we can.

If you have changed your mind about any of the OOSC items you have purchased, you can return them to us within 14 days of the parcel being delivered to you.

All items must be returned unworn (you can try it on, of course!) and in the same bar coded bags (where applicable) that you received them in with the swing tags still fixed. When returning items to us from outside the EU, please clearly state on the outside of the package that these items are returned merchandise and include your invoice in a plastic wallet. Failure to do this could result in the parcel being returned to you.

When you’re arranging to return an item, please note that we do not offer free shipping on returns, and strongly recommend that you use a recorded/insured delivery service, as we regret that we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit and won’t issue refunds or exchanges unless we take physical delivery of the returned items.

Please note, when processing a refund, OOSC Clothing will only refund the product total, not the shipping costs.

**Christmas returns – for any products purchased in the run up to Christmas, these need to be returned to us by Friday 8th January 2021 **

Lastly, please note that if you refuse a package that has been received by customs because you will not pay the tariffs or taxes, we will refund you the cost of the product after charging you for the shipping and additional fees required to return the package to us.
