Cancelling Your Order
Please note that if you are a European Union customer, you have the right to cancel your contract within 14 days from when you receive your order. This does not apply to items that have been worn or used. To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us at OOSC of you decision to cancel by contacting our customer care team by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org, detailing your name, address, order number and a contact telephone number. You must do this within 14 days of receipt of your order.
Returning Your Order
At OOSC, we want to ensure returns are as easy for you as possible. If you are unhappy with the goods you have received and would like a refund or exchange, please email us at email@example.com and we will send you a link that is unique for your return. If you have not received a response with us within 10 working days, please get in contact.
Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving the goods and we will issue a refund within 5 working days of the goods being returned to us. This will be made to the same card you used to pay with. If you request a return outside of the 14 day period, a credit note or exchange may be offered as an alternative at our discretion. Sale items are non-refundable, however we will offer you a credit note or exchange instead. If you have any special requests please email us as we will be happy to accommodate where we can.
If you have changed your mind about any of the OOSC items you have purchased, you can return them to us within 14 days of the parcel being delivered to you. All items must be returned unworn and in the same packaging you received them in with the swing tags still fixed. When you’re arranging to return an item, we do not offer free shipping on returns, and strongly recommend that you use a recorded/insured delivery service, as we regret that we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit.
Please note, when processing a refund, OOSC will only refund the product total, not the shipping costs.
