1. Why do you like to rep OOSC on the mountain?
Because it’s bold, fun, and full of personality—just like me! When I wear OOSC on the mountain, I feel confident, vibrant, and ready to have the best day ever on the slopes.
OOSC is my partner in my winter story. It’s an essential part of expressing who I am. Just wearing it makes me feel happy. Honestly, I can say I wouldn’t be who I am today if I hadn’t discovered OOSC.
2. What is your favourite thing about OOSC?
Definitely the fit and design. I love how it’s super functional for powder days, but still playful and stylish. It’s hard to find gear that combines performance with personality, but OOSC nails it!
Every design is amazing and really stands out on the mountain. People can easily spot me and remember where they saw me. It also looks incredible in winter photos and videos.
OOSC works in all kinds of conditions—whether it’s a deep powder day or a cozy après-ski evening.
3. What is missing in the snowsports clothing industry?
I think there’s a lack of color and fun in a lot of snow gear. So many people wear all black or super plain designs—but snowboarding should be expressive and exciting! OOSC stands out in the best way, bringing retro flair and modern features together.
In Japan, most people wear dark, plain outerwear. It feels like there’s an unspoken rule to avoid standing out. The default style is to blend in, not to differentiate. To me, it sometimes seems like people are afraid of being noticed.
But I believe self-expression is important—there’s nothing wrong with wearing your favorite colors and having fun with it! Especially in crowded resorts, it’s easy to lose sight of people wearing the same dark tones.
What I love about OOSC is that they release new designs every year, but the style remains consistent—there’s always a sense of unity and brand identity. I get so excited each year choosing which new piece I want to wear.
I hope people ignore the trends and just wear what they truly love.
