Cancelling Your Order

You have the right to cancel your contract within 14 days from when you receive your order. This does not apply to items that have been worn or used.

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us at OOSC of your decision to cancel by contacting our customer care team by emailing, detailing your name, address, order number and a contact telephone number. You must do this within 14 days of receipt of your order.

Returning Your Order

** France travel update ** - if you were planning to ski or board in France, the new restrictions are a hammer blow. But neither the British ski industry or French resorts can afford to lose another ski season, so we anticipate that the ski season won't finish here. As such, please don’t return your suits...keep them for the next time you ski/board. We are a small business and can’t afford to lose another season either. Merci.

At OOSC, we want to ensure returns are as easy for you as possible. If you are unhappy with the goods you have received and would like a refund or exchange, please fill in the returns slip provided and return the items unworn (you can try it on, of course!), with tags and original bags to the following: 

Non-EU Returns

If you get stuck, please don't hesitate to email us at and we will help you as quickly as possible. Sometimes your email may get stuck in our junk folder so if you haven't heard from us within 72 hours please try again!

Request to return your order must be made within 14 days of receiving the goods. You then have 14 days to return your order to our warehouse (30 days if outside of the UK) and we will do our best to issue a refund within 5 working days of the goods being returned to us. This will be made to the same card you used to pay with, and may take up to 10 days to show back on your card.

If you request a return outside of the 14 day period, a credit note or exchange may be offered as an alternative at our discretion.  If you have any special requests please email us in advance and we will be happy to accommodate where we can.

If you have changed your mind about any of the OOSC items you have purchased, you can return them to us within 14 days of the parcel being delivered to you.

When returning items to us from outside the EU, please clearly state on the outside of the package that these items are returned merchandise and include your invoice in a plastic wallet. Failure to do this could result in the parcel being returned to you.

When you're arranging to return an item, please note that we do not offer free shipping on returns, and strongly recommend that you use a tracked/insured delivery service, as we regret that we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit and won’t issue refunds or exchanges unless we take physical delivery of the returned items.

Please note, when processing a refund, OOSC Clothing will only refund the product total, not the shipping costs.

Lastly, please note that if you refuse a package that has been received by customs because you will not pay the tariffs or taxes, we will refund you the cost of the product after charging you for the shipping and additional fees required to return the package to us.


Damaged Deliveries - if your order is damaged you need to notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order otherwise we may not be able to offer and exchange/refund.
