Here at OOSC we like to pride ourselves on knowing where to find Europe’s best Apres-ski. To step things up a little we wanted to fill you in on the best European Mountain Festivals, some are still to come, some have gone for this season, but one thing is for sure - this year at your Ski Festival of choice, get your Ski Suits and Après Jackets primed and strap yourself in for a big one!

POLARIS
The main stage of this electro beast is at mountain restaurant Mouton Noir, at the top of the Medran chairlift. Tickets in her inaugural year were capped at 1000 making this a truly intimate affair. Take in the breath taking views with some banging techno beats, then when things wrap up on the mountain they definitely carry on into the wee hours down in the town at Etoile Rouge!HORIZON
Taking place in Andorra means that Horizon provides great value when in resort. The music is focused on heavy beats, breaks and hip hop and really keeps the music loving crowd wanting more!

SNOWBOXX
After a few location moves, Snowboxx has settled in its home of Avoriaz for the second year. A lot of planning goes into the full festival experience with loads of activities to do as well as the skiing and music, this option really does tick a lot of boxes and won’t break the bank!

RISE
Start off the season with this pre-Christmas treat, held in L2A which boasts Europe’s largest skiable glacier as well as one of the biggest parks on the continent. Combine that with an eclectic mix of music and sprinkle in a load of students and you’re set up for a whirlwind week!

SNOWBOMBING
The original and biggest festival in the Alps, the Snowbombing team take over the entire town of Mayrhofen. Attracting some of the biggest names in Music, make sure you go to the famous street party which is being taken over by the hedonistic mad house of partying that is Elrow. The Forest Rave, is a must do; you’ll never experience anything else like it.
